How can I view subordinates' compensation information?
If a manager wants to view compensation information for one of their subordinates, they'll need to have an administrator set up the appropriate permissions for them.
- Log into the administrator dashboard in Zenefits.
- Click on Company Profile, then Permissions from the left hand menu.
- Under Manager Permissions, click the pencil icon next to Direct Reports' Compensation Info.
- Select from subordinate compensation information being:
- Viewable to managers
- Hidden to managers
- Viewable to selected managers (then select the managers you'd like to be able to view this info)
Once you hit Save, the changes will take effect immediately. Managers will not be notified of any changes in their ability to view this information.
