Who can I reach out to for help with Zenefits?

Companies who do not qualify for a Customer Executive will onboard using our self-guided checklist implementation process, and will have access to a team of implementation managers through chat, phone, or email. They'll also be able to use the full Training catalog of video tutorials so they can get the most out of their Zenefits package.


Eligible companies will have access to their own Customer Executive, who will oversee their successful implementation and continued use of Zenefits. To learn more about the Customer Executive and the role they play in a customer's journey, click here! Additionally, you'll be paired with one of our implementation managers who will guide you through the implementation process. Once implementation is completed, you'll be set up with a Customer Enablement Manager who will educate you on how to use your Zenefits package to the fullest.
