• Monthly fees are debited on the first day of each month for the duration of the plan.

For example, the cost for a company with 10 HRA enrollees throughout the duration of their plan year would be:

• 1st month of the plan year: $150 annual fee + $50 ($5 per employee).

• Each month for the remainder of the plan year: $50.
