There are two levels of Zenefits Pay Connect: Sync and Checklist.
Pay Connect Sync is available for anyone using ADP or Paychex as their payroll provider. Sync will automatically sync most changes from Zenefits to your payroll provider directly.
Pay Connect Checklist is available no matter what payroll provider you have. Checklist makes it easy to see what updates and changes will need to be entered into your existing payroll system using reports downloaded from Zenefits. Not only do we make it easy to see what updates are needed, we also give you all the details of each changes, including what the new and original amounts were, when the changes were requested, who approved the change and when they need to take effect.
