Can a department head look at the survey responses of their direct reports?
A department head can view the responses to a survey including 5 or more of their direct reports if:
- they are an HR admin in Zenefits with the permission to view their department
- an admin shares the results directly
- at least 5 of their direct reports have submitted responses to the survey (to protect identity)
