For the Engagement survey, the engagement score is defined as the average of scores for the following questions which are part of the Engagement theme:
- I'm proud to be part of [Company]
- I would recommend [Company] as a great place to work to my friends and family.
- Most days, I'm happy to start my work week
- I plan on being with this company for the foreseeable future
- This company makes me want to do my best work
