Work/Life Flexibility Methodology
For the Work/Life Flexibility Survey, the engagement score is defined as the average of scores for the following questions:
- I am able to navigate my work responsibilities along with my personal needs.
- I am able to get the most important things done on a day to day or week to week basis.
- I am able to spend the right amount of time with my family and friends.
- I am able to enjoy my time away from work, whether it is a vacation day or just the weekend, without worrying about my work.
