Does Zenefits have consent to issue W-2s electronically?

The User Terms of Use that users agree to when completing their profile includes consent to receive legal notices electronically (Section 7.3 'Electronic Communications' Consent'. ') Your User Agreement can be reviewed by downloading the PDF in your 'Account Settings' section of your Zenefits Console.

Zenefits Payroll will only provide W-2s electronically and will not require any additional consent.

The W-2s are also available for download on both personal and administrator dashboards. There is more information about how to download the W-2 documents here.
