Why Can't I See My W-2 in Zenefits?

If your company has a payroll provider other than Zenefits Payroll, you will not have the ability to see your W-2 in Zenefits. Since Zenefits does not process your company's payroll, please contact your company administrator or payroll provider to get a copy of your W-2.

If your company does use Zenefits for payroll, your company administrator may have elected to distribute W-2s  outside of Zenefits; in this case, your W-2 will not be available in Zenefits. If you have any questions, contact your company administrator for next steps.
