How do I select a medical plan?
After verifying your information, you can review the plans your company offers and either select or decline coverage for yourself and your dependents.
You can check the box for each dependent you would like to enroll to view the plan rates. In order to enroll a dependent, you must also enroll in that line of coverage.
The overview comparison of each plan shows:
- Monthly Cost
- Plan deductible
- Copay/Prescription Copay
- Plan Network
- Additional features, such as HSA compatibility
Clicking on View Plan Details will take you to the plan’s Summary of Benefits and Coverage which provides in-depth explanation of what the plan covers.
If you select a medical plan with bundled coverage, you must also enroll in the dental and/or vision plan that is bundled with that medical plan.
If you would like to decline coverage, you can do so by clicking on the "I decline medical coverage" link at the bottom of the page.
