How do I select a dental plan?
If your company offers a dental plan, you will be brought to the screen after enrolling in or declining a medical plan.
From this page, you can review the dental plan your company offers and either select or decline coverage for yourself and your dependents.
You can check the box for each dependent you would like to enroll to view the plan rates. In order to enroll a dependent, you must also enroll in dental coverage.
The overview comparison of each plan shows:
- Monthly Cost
- Max Coverage
- Coinsurance
- Orthodontic Coverage
If you would like to decline coverage, you can do so by clicking on the "I decline to enroll in dental insurance" link at the bottom of the page.
If a Medical plan with bundled Dental coverage was selected, that Dental plan will be automatically selected.
